<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor in which a minimum load determinable that a load is applied to a pressure member such as a pressure pin is small.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 1 includes: a pressure-sensitive element 12 having a pressure-sensitive surface on which a first electrode 21 is formed, and a second electrode 22, the pressure-sensitive element 12 changing electric physical property values of a portion between the first electrode 21 and the second electrode 22 according to a pressure acting on the pressure-sensitive surface; a pressure member 11 having conductivity; and support parts (10, 13) for supporting the pressure member 11 so that, when a load greater than or equal to a prescribed value is applied to the pressure member 11 in the direction of the first electrode of the pressure-sensitive element, one end of the pressure member contacts the first electrode of the pressure-sensitive element. The pressure sensor is used in such a way as to determine, on the basis of the measured result of the electric physical property values of the portion between the pressure member 11 and the second electrode 22 of the pressure-sensitive element 12, whether or not a load is applied to the pressure member 11.</p> |
