<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antigen-antibody reaction-based Cannabis component measurement method that facilitates on-site tests for Cannabis components.SOLUTION: A method uses a test device, which is an integrated elongate container comprising a polypropylene test sample preparation chamber with a cap member made of polypropylene with an amide or ester lubricant and a polystyrene antigen-antibody reaction chamber with a partitioning wall in between, and involves preparing a Cannabis component using a Cannabis component preparation liquid containing alcohol by 40 wt.% or less in the test sample preparation chamber, and moving a fixed volume of the preparation liquid into the antigen-antibody reaction chamber containing an antibody for the Cannabis component to cause an antigen-antibody reaction between the Cannabis component and the antibody for the Cannabis component in the antigen-antibody reaction chamber.</p> |
