<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven that can oscillate a magnetron without placing the magnetron in a moding state after recovery from an instantaneous power failure in a heating operation using a microwave.SOLUTION: A microwave oven includes a magnetron drive part (21) which applies a high voltage to a magnetron (11) and a control unit (100) which controls a filament drive part (22) applying a voltage to a filament (11a) of the magnetron (11). The control unit (100) starts applying the voltage to the filament (11a) by the filament drive part (22) before applying the high voltage to the magnetron (11) by the magnetron drive part (21) when a heating operation to heat a body to be heated with a microwave generated by the magnetron (11) restarts on recovery from an instantaneous power failure of power supply input from outside.</p> |
