<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of returning a refrigerant/refrigeration oil to compressors by a returning amount according to capacities, even when an electric power supply driven compressor and a non-electric power supply driven compressor are used while combined with each other.SOLUTION: A cross-sectional area of a connection pipe connected to an engine driven compressor 112 is determined to be at least a product of: a value obtained by dividing a capacity of the engine driven compressor 112 by a capacity of an electric power supply driven compressor 113; and a cross-sectional area of a connection pipe connected to the electric power supply driven compressor 113. Thus average flow rates of a refrigerant flowing inside of the connection pipe connected to the engine driven compressor 112 and the connection pipe connected to the electric power supply driven compressor 113 are approximately equalized, and a refrigerant/refrigeration oil can be returned to the compressors by a returning amount according to the capacities, so that reliability in driving the compressors can be improved.</p> |
