<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle rotary seat capable of simultaneously changing a seat direction and the height of a seat seating surface, and ensuring greater vertical moving amount of the seat seating surface even if the rotational angle of the seat is restricted.SOLUTION: A coupling member 42 provided at a seat body 12 and a coupling member 44 fixed to a base section 22 are threaded with each other so as to be relatively rotatable about an axis in a seat vertical direction. Owing to this, when the seat body 12 rotates about the axis in the seat vertical direction, the seat body 12 moves in the seat vertical direction. Furthermore, when the seat body 12 rotates, a rotation mechanism 52 causes the coupling member 44 rotatably fixed to the base section 22 to rotate in an opposite direction to the rotational direction of the seat body 12, with respect to the seat body 12.</p> |
