<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary die cut device capable of adjusting a blade height precisely according to the abrasion wear of a tip.SOLUTION: A rotary die cut device comprises: a generally columnar anvil roll 20 having an anvil roll body 21 and a first bearer part 22 formed at the end part of the anvil roll body 21; and a generally columnar die roll 30 juxtaposed to the anvil roll 20 and including a die roll body 31, a collar part 36 extending from the end part of the die roll body 31, and a second bearer part 32 capable of being mounted in and de-mounted from a recess 35 of the die roll body 31 enclosed by the collar part 36. The first bearer part 22 includes a forward taper part directed axially outward of the anvil roll. The first bearer part 22 has a forward taper part directed axially outward of the anvil roll. The second bearer part 32 has a reversely taper part directed axially outward of the die roll while abutting in a shorter length against the forward taper part of the first bearer part 22. The second bearer part 32 is so disposed over the first bearer part 22 as can be position-adjusted in the axial direction of the die roll.</p> |
