<p>A control unit for a valve actuator, comprising a fluid line (29), a pressure sensor (31) and a control valve (47) configured to open and close the fluid line (29) for activating and de-activating the actuator (5), and a processing unit (40) that is configured to, when the control valve (47) is in an activation mode: initiate, if a pressure read by the pressure sensor (31) is above a first pressure value that is representative of activation of the valve actuator (5), a signal that is indicative of successful activation of the actuator (5), and initiate, if the pressure is equal to or below the first pressure value, a signal that is indicative of unsuccessful activation of the actuator (5).</p> |
