PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device and program which can provide notification that a person is in a fatigue state by appropriately determining the fatigue state of the person.SOLUTION: A terminal device 4 includes a detection part 52 for detecting a state of a person, a determination part 54 for determining the fatigue degree of the person on the basis of a series of states of the person detected by the detection part 52 within a predetermined period, and an information providing part 56 for providing the person with perceivable information in the case that the fatigue degree of the person determined by the determination part 54 satisfies the predetermined reference of a fatigue degree. |
