PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module which absorbs individual differences of organic EL panels which inevitably occur in the manufacturing process and individual differences between different kinds of organic EL panels.SOLUTION: A light emitting module includes: a light emitting panel 5 having a light emitting surface; and a coupler 3 for connecting the light emitting panel 5 to a fastener 2 fixed to an installation object surface. The coupler 3 includes a connection side circuit 31. The connection side circuit 31 includes a second circuit side path 111 which contributes to power supply to the light emitting panel 5. The light emitting panel 5 includes: an adjustment element 81 which adjusts its electric resistance value; and an organic EL element 100. The adjustment element 81 is electrically connected with the organic EL element 100 through the second circuit side path 111.
