PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service useful for both a customer and a shop so as to change a behavior that gives an impact on user's purchasing activity.SOLUTION: A service provision device 100 comprises: a communication unit 110 which detects customer information and behavior information on a shop terminal and receives the detected information; measurement units 130 and 140 which measure conditions; a management unit 120 which manages conditions of customers for each customer information on the basis of the behavior information received by the communication unit 110, and gives operation instructions to the measurements unit 130 and 140 according to the behavior information to acquire behavior measurement results of customers from the measurement units 130 and 140; a point imparting unit 150 which imparts points to customers on the basis of the behavior measurement results acquired by the management unit 120; and a service provision unit 180 which provides services corresponding to the points imparted by the point imparting unit 150 to customers.
