PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing method and an information processing program capable of accurately estimating travel time in accordance with a location of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: location identification means which identifies at least any one of the locations where a user intends to get on a transport mode, the user actually gets on the same, the user intends to get off the same or the user actually gets off the same; and travel time estimation means which estimates travel time from the location where the user actually gets off the transport mode to a destination on the basis of the identified location.
