PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new recovery method and recovery system of radioactive cesium capable of safely and easily recovering low-concentration radioactive cesium ions contained in drain water.SOLUTION: A tetraphenyl boric acid or tetraphenyl boric acid derivative is added to drain water containing radioactive cesium ions to provide an insoluble cesium salt. The cesium salt is extracted with a chlorofluorocarbon group by extracting means 1. After the extraction, the chlorofluorocarbon group is evaporated and condensed by a heater 2, and the cesium salt is recovered. |
