PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a monitoring person to recognize an image even when a large number of imaging devices match a rule within a fixed time.SOLUTION: A display control device includes: first display control means for displaying an image of an imaging device matching with a display rule out of a plurality of imaging devices on a display unit in a first display form; and second display control means for displaying a predetermined image out of a plurality of images displayed on the display unit in the first display form on the display unit in a second display form when the plurality of images reach the display upper limit of the display unit.
