摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional material for acoustic equipment that has more excellent acoustic performance than that of the conventional materials in a functional material for acoustic equipment produced by molding and curing a resin composition comprising a thermosetting resin and a filler.SOLUTION: In the functional material for acoustic equipment produced by molding a resin composition comprising a thermosetting resin and a filler, the molded material has a specific gravity of 1.5 to 5.0, a porosity of 2 to 20% and an average pore diameter of 0.1 to 3.0 μm. The resin composition contains 5 to 25 wt.% of the thermosetting resin based on the total weight of the resin composition and the filler partially contains 10 to 35 wt.% of a porous filler (preferably, one having a microporous structure) based on the total weight of the resin composition. The porous filler having a microporous structure is one kind or two or more kinds selected from zeolite, activated carbon, porous silica and porous alumina.
