PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attract the interest of a user in contents.SOLUTION: A distribution device according to the present application includes a distribution unit that distributes, to a terminal device, control information, and a plurality of second contents to be displayed in a display area included in a first content and having a transmission area through which contents arranged on the back face are transmitted. The control information causes the terminal device to execute: a display procedure to display the first content and a content in which the plurality of second contents are overlapped in the display area; a detection procedure to detect the physical state of the terminal device; and a changing procedure to move at least one of the second contents according to a result of the detection in the detection procedure, and change the display mode in the transmission area of the second content arranged on the front to change the display mode of the content to be displayed in the display area.
