<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic generator which can generate high-quality sound with reduced distortion, and an acoustic generating apparatus and an electronic apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: An acoustic generator comprises a plurality of exciters 11, 12 which oscillate by receiving an electric signal; an oscillator 21a which has the exciters 11, 12 mounted therein and oscillates by the oscillation of the exciters 11, 12; and a damping member 31 mounted in the oscillator 21a. The damping member 31 includes a portion 31a overlapping with the exciter 11 when viewed from the oscillator 21a in the thickness direction; a portion 31b overlapping with the exciter 12 when viewed from the oscillator 21a in the thickness direction; and a connection part 31c which connects the portion 31a and the portion 31b.</p> |
