An abnormality detection circuit 60 is configured to detect abnormalities on the basis of a voltage Vs between both ends of the corresponding bypass circuit 40. A controller 50 (i) switches N bypass circuits 40 at a duty ratio depending on a target luminance of each of the N light-emitting elements 12, in a normal lighting control time period, and (ii) switches the N bypass circuits according to a control pattern having a predetermined switching cycle, in an abnormality determination time period.
