<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of highly accurately regulating the temperature of a primary fluid and suppressing overcooling or overheating of the primary fluid.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a fuel gas supply line 24 in which fuel gas L flows; a cooling air line 28 in which heated air AH flows; heat exchange units 41 and 42 implementing heat exchange between the fuel gas L and the heated air AH; a bypass channel 43 bypassing the first heat exchange unit 41; a flow regulating valve 44 regulating a flow volume of the fuel gas L flowing in the bypass channel 43; a temperature sensor 45 detecting a temperature of the fuel gas L at an outlet of the heat exchange unit 42; and a control unit 46 adjusting the opening of the flow regulating valve 44 in response to the temperature of the fuel gas L detected by the temperature sensor 45.</p> |
