<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defrosting device capable of quickly melting frost on an evaporator upper part without causing input increase of a blower, pressure loss increase of an air passage and the like.SOLUTION: A defrosting device includes a main heater 13 arranged at a lower part of an evaporator 4 and an auxiliary heater 15 for heating an upper part of the evaporator, and it is configured in such a manner that the auxiliary heater 15 is installed at an outside portion of an air passage of an end plate 11 which is installed at both ends or at one end of the evaporator 4. Thereby, the auxiliary heater installed at the end plate does not become air resistance during a cooling operation, and heating of the evaporator upper part where heat from the main heater hardly reaches can be performed efficiently only during defrosting time effectively. Thus, the frost on the evaporator upper part can be melted efficiently in a short time, and as the auxiliary heater is located outside of the air passage and it does not become resistance during cooling, input increase of a blower, pressure loss increase in the air passage and the like do not occur.</p> |
