<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve safety such as, for example, closing operation and/or opening operation of an opening/closing body are not executed, when trouble has occurred in an obstacle sensing device itself with a built-in sensor for operating by receiving power supply and/or a cable connected to this.SOLUTION: A main circuit 71 outputs a light receiving detection state signal corresponding to whether or not an object or the like exists on an optical path 8 formed of a projector 6a and an optical receiver 7a. First transistor means 72 connected to a signal line 92 and an earth cable 93 operates in response to this light receiving detection state signal. When the signal line and the earth cable become a short-circuit state, control means 15 receives a state of the light receiving detection state signal outputted from the main circuit via safe unit means 20, and controls so as not to execute operation of opening/closing means based on it. The safe unit means 20 is constituted of a second transistor circuit 25 provided between a power supply line 91 and the signal line 92.</p> |
