PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round-trip envelope capable of being used as a reply envelope after used as a sending envelope.SOLUTION: A round-trip envelope formed by folding a rectangular sheet is obtained by: providing a central sheet part 1 in the center, and providing on both sides thereof a sending address sheet part 2 and a reply address sheet part 3 foldable through folding parts 4 and 5; providing a storage part 7 for storing a recording medium such as CD and DVD on the inside of the central sheet part 1; forming adhesive layers 6a and 6b in the inner surfaces of the sending address sheet part 2 and the reply address sheet part 3 so as to enable attachment by folding; printing the address and name of a recipient on the surface of the reply address sheet part 3; and sticking a seal where the address and name of a customer are described on the surface of the sending address sheet part 2.
