LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER SUPPORTING MULTIPLE GAIN MODES

The present invention relates to a low noise amplifier for supporting multiple gain modes. According to the present invention, the low noise amplifier for supporting multiple gain modes comprises: a cascode amplifier which outputs signals of a first node to a second node by amplifying the signal; an amplifying terminal which comprises a bypass circuit to output signals of a feedback circuit and the first node which forms a feedback path between the second node and the first node to the second node by bypassing the cascode amplifier; an outputting terminal which comprises an on-chip transformer to output signals of the second node as differential signals; and a gain control part which controls the operation of the cascode amplifier, the feedback circuit and the bypass circuit in accordance with the gain mode, wherein the gain control part activates only the cascode amplifier while operating in a high gain mode, activates the cascode amplifier and the feedback circuit while operating in a middle gain mode, and activating only the bypass circuit while operating in a low gain mode.
