The present invention relates to a multilayer optical film, and more specifically, to a multilayer optical film comprising: an inner layer made of an acryl resin with an excellent moisture blocking property; and an outer layer which has an excellent surface adhesiveness with the acryl resin, can be water borne boded with a polyvinyl alcohol film of a polarizing film and is made of a cellulose ester resin whose retardation value can be easily adjusted by adding a plasticizer.
