The present invention relates to a temporary hair thickener and a manufacturing method thereof. The hair thickener of the present invention is homogenized by comprising carbon black and natural hydrous magnesium silicate powder as essential components proved to be harmless to the human body on a solution having a water repellent coating agent and residual alcohol, and optimizing a color control phase containing iron oxide instead of the conventional organic pigment for the same, thereby confirming application properties, water repellency, and attachment durability and enhancing market competitiveness by being improved without pollution to a skin or a cloth due to excellent reproducibility of hair.
