PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system for an amusement facility that improves flexibility in settlement.SOLUTION: A settlement system executing settlement processing of causing a user to spend a monetary value in response to billing to the user occurring in a billing object apparatus such as a game machine 3 and the like installed in an amusement facility comprises: a billing management unit 41 that is provided in the billing object apparatus and creates billing information for determining a billing content in response to the billing to output the billing information; a reader 11 that is provided to correspond to the billing object apparatus, and reads settlement reference information held in a medium such as a card 4 and the like possessed by the user in response to an output of the billing information; and a transaction control unit 44 that determines an amount of monetary value spending corresponding to the billing information output from the billing management unit 41 according to setting information on a correspondence relation between the billing content determined on the basis of the billing information and an amount of the monetary value for causing the user to spend. The settlement system is configured to execute the settlement processing so that the user spends the determined amount of monetary value.
