PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal load estimation device capable of estimating thermal load of habitable room unit in real time, and an air conditioning control system.SOLUTION: A thermal load estimation device inputs an actual power consumption amount of various equipment included in a habitable room, a thermal load pattern comprising the maximum thermal load of time series in the habitable room and a power consumption amount of various equipment in the habitable room; estimates the thermal load of the habitable room at a corresponding time on the basis of the actual power consumption amount, the thermal load pattern and the power consumption amount; and outputs the thermal load estimation value of the estimation result. |
