PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign workers efficiently, taking workload into consideration.SOLUTION: A work management device displays a work icon representing an indicator that shows the degree of burden derived from an amount of work and processing capacity for each industry type of the work, and an assistant worker icon representing each assistant worker who assists the work, in one screen. The work management device accepts selection of assistant worker icons and selection of work icons corresponding to work assisted by an assistant worker represented by the selected assistant worker icon. The work management device instructs the assistant worker represented by the assistant worker icon whose selection is accepted to assist the work represented by the work icon whose selection is accepted. |
