PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable display apparatus which allows a third person to confirm how much time a user continuously stares at an object.SOLUTION: A programmable display apparatus 300 which is communicably connected to a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) 100, comprises: a visual line estimation unit 356 for estimating a direction of a visual line by using image data acquired by imaging a person; a display control unit 355 for displaying a screen including an object on a display; a measurement unit 358 for, when it is determined that a visual line is directed to an object by estimation, measuring a time period when the visual line is directed to the object; and a storage unit 350 for storing image identification information for identifying an object and time information representing a measured time period in association with each other.
