PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an application of desired fastening loads on a power generation part and a manifold part of each power generation cell, respectively, and the adjustment of the fastening loads, with a simple and compact constitution.SOLUTION: In a fuel cell stack 10, a second terminal plate 16b, a fist carbon plate 72a, a metal corrugated plate 74, and a second carbon plate 72b are accommodated in a recessed portion 68 of a second insulator 18b disposed at one end part of a laminate 14. An overlapping site 76a is provided on the outer periphery of the second carbon plate 72b, the overlapping site overlapping with an outer peripheral projecting portion 18bt circling around the recessed portion 68 of the second insulator 18b. |
