PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a touch panel substrate with a protective film, for manufacturing a touch panel substrate having a protective film formed thereon, the protective film having sufficient rust prevention property even in a thin film state and having excellent film properties and a high refractive index, and a photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive element from which the above protective film can be formed, and a touch panel including the touch panel with a protective film.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a touch panel substrate with a protective film comprises: forming a photosensitive layer from a photosensitive resin composition that comprises a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable compound containing a (meth)acrylate compound having a fluorene-derived skeleton, a photopolymerization initiator, and metal oxide fine particles on a substrate for a touch panel; irradiating a predetermined part of the photosensitive layer with actinic rays to cure; and then removing a part of the photosensitive layer other than the predetermined part to form a protective film comprising the cured product of the photosensitive resin composition that covers a part of or the whole substrate. |
