<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that, in a case where acceptance of a connection request is rejected, speech is started after waiting until the acceptance is permitted, conventionally, and a technology for shortening a waiting time to the speech start is desired.SOLUTION: A wireless base station covering a first wireless communication area formed by using a first frequency band, comprises: a GBR load acquisition part of acquiring a GBR load indicating a load in band guarantee communication of the wireless base station; and a handover processing execution part that, in a case where the GBR load is higher than a first threshold that is preliminarily defined, performs processing for handing over a mobile station that establishes sound call connection with the wireless base station to a second wireless communication area formed by using a second frequency band different from the first frequency band.</p> |
