<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a battery in a user terminal performing VoIP communication, by enabling call incoming even when a VoIP application is not activated.SOLUTION: A call incoming control apparatus that performs notification control for call incoming and is used in a communication system including a user terminal, a communication control apparatus, the call incoming control apparatus, and a call incoming notification apparatus for transmitting call incoming notification to the user terminal comprises: setting information storage means for storing communication notification information on the user terminal and terminal identification information on the user terminal; and call incoming notification request means that receives, from the communication control apparatus, a call incoming request for designating communication notification information as a destination, extracts terminal identification information corresponding to the communication notification information from the setting information storage means, and transmits a call incoming notification request including the terminal identification information to the call incoming notification apparatus. When receiving the call incoming notification request, the call incoming notification apparatus transmits call incoming notification for notifying the user terminal of call incoming.</p> |
