PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a managing device and a managing system using the same in which a communication channel can be changed in consideration of a surrounding communication environment of another communication device.SOLUTION: A managing device (communication device) 1 has a communication unit 10, a storage unit 12 and a controller 11. The communication unit 10 performs radio communication with equipment (communication terminal) by using a communication channel. The storage unit 12 stores a communication quality reference of the radio communication. The controller 11 executes determination processing and channel changing processing. The controller 11 executes acquiring processing of acquiring quality information representing the communication quality of the radio communication and comparison processing of comparing the quality information with the reference in the determining processing, and determines that the communication channel should be changed when the quality information does not satisfy the reference.
