PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a solar cell encapsulation material excellent in cross-linking properties, heat resistance properties, flexibility, and material preservability.SOLUTION: The resin composition for a solar cell encapsulation material contains components (a) to (c) below: (a) an ethylene-based copolymer containing ethylene and radical polymerizable acid anhydride as a configuration monomer; (b) a polyhydric alcohol compound having at least two hydroxyl groups in a molecule; and (c) a reaction accelerator.
