摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device and control method of the same capable of achieving a continuous and stable cooling operation at low load time and capable of reducing energy consumption during the cooling operation.SOLUTION: An air conditioning device includes: a compressor 11; an external heat exchanger 52 for cooling a compressed refrigerant; a decompression unit 14 for decompressing the cooled refrigerant; a first internal heat exchanger 12 for evaporating the decompressed refrigerant; a second internal heat exchanger 13 arranged in an air flow passage in which air inside an object space flows, and at least connected to high pressure piping 21 in which the refrigerant flowing from the compressor 11 to the external heat exchanger 52 flows; bypass piping 33 for connecting the compressor 11 side and the external heat exchanger 52 side with respect to the second internal heat exchanger 13 in the high pressure piping 21; switching units 31, 32 arranged in a region connected to the high pressure piping 21 and the bypass piping 33, and adjusting a ratio of a flow rate of the refrigerant flowing in the second internal heat exchanger 13 and the bypass piping 33; and a control unit 40 for controlling the switching units 31, 32.</p>
