<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key information registration system capable of registering key information of an electronic key in a portable terminal, by a mechanism to make it difficult to illegally register.SOLUTION: When a portable terminal 3 is registered in a terminal authentication ECU 7, a portable terminal key "AK1-SP" registered in the portable terminal 3 is registered in the terminal authentication ECU 7. The portable terminal key "AK1-SP" is a key to be used by the portable terminal 3 and the terminal authentication ECU 7 for cryptocommunication of ID collation. When an electronic key 5 is registered in the portable terminal 3, SEED code "SEED-VK" of an electronic key "AK-VK" is encrypted by the portable terminal key "AK1-SP" registered in the terminal authentication ECU 7 and sent to the portable terminal 3. When receiving the SEED code "SEED-VK" from the terminal authentication ECU 7, the portable terminal 3 decrypts the SEED code "SEED-VK" by the portable terminal key "AK1-SP" registered in the portable terminal 3 itself, and writes and registers the code in the portable terminal 3 itself if the code is correct.</p> |
