Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a rice tart having gelatinization properties of rice powder which are enhanced by using Phyllostachys bambusoides shoot powder, and a rice tart obtained by the same method. The method includes the steps of: making a tart sheet; making a tart cake; and decorating an upper portion of the tart cake with strawberries. |
