The present invention relates to a method for processing organic wastewater using an anaerobic digestion apparatus whereby limonen is added in a storage tank or a hydrolysis decomposition tank which stores organic wastewater before being transferred to the hydrolysis decomposition tank. The storage tank, the hydrolysis tank, an acid generation tank, or the anaerobic tank is not heated or is heated less by using an external energy source. Organic materials, which are easy to be coagulated at low temperatures, can be dispersed and emulsified to be fine. Processing efficiency of an anaerobic digestion process can be increased by maximizing activity of microorganisms participating in anaerobic digestion through bioaugmentation. Difference of seasonal processing efficiency can be reduced.
