PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker use management system and a locker use management method for fairly collecting use charge in the case of providing a home delivery locker service, and for solving an economic load at the manager side of a multiple dwelling house.SOLUTION: A locker use management system includes: a locker device 10 for temporarily storing a delivery object in the case of providing a home delivery locker service; a management server 20 for managing information related to the use of the home delivery locker service using the locker device 10, and for accepting the use start of the service; a locker management undertaker terminal 30 as an information processing terminal to be operated by the management undertaker of the home delivery locker service who manages the management server 20; a user terminal 40 as an information processing terminal to be operated by a user; and a financial institution server 50 to be managed by a bank, a credit card company or the like for performing settlement processing such as direct debit in accordance with a request from the management server 20. |
