PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser source which can achieve downsizing of the device and emit laser beams having a high output and less speckle noise.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser source 10 comprises: a semiconductor laser block 2 which is a block having a plurality of surfaces and mounted on a stem 1 that is a support base; and a plurality of semiconductor laser chips 3 which emit laser beams of wavelengths different from each other. Each semiconductor chip 3 is mounted on each surface of the semiconductor laser block 2. |
