<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid handling device capable of removing air bubbles remaining in a fluid passage.SOLUTION: A liquid handling device has a first chip 110 including a first circuit board 120, a first film 130, a first passage 152, a second passage 153, and bulkheads 154, 155. Diaphragm parts 131-133 of the first film are located above the first and second passages and the bulkheads, the center O of which is disposed on the first passage. The first chip has a discharge hole or a discharge passage (third passage 157) that is opened in the first passage between the center of diaphragm parts and the bulkheads in the direction in which the liquid flows in the first passage, and that establishes communication between the inside and the outside of the first passage.</p> |
