PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage state regulating circuit which makes it possible to reduce the power consumed by the action for uniformizing respective battery voltages of plural power storing means.SOLUTION: A power storage state regulating circuit 100 is connected with: plural power storing means BAT1-BAT3 capable of being charged and discharged, which are connected in series; a primary side coil Lp connected in series with the power storing means; and secondary side coils L1-L3 which are each connected in parallel with corresponding one of the power storing means. The power storage state regulating circuit comprises: control means 111 for controlling ON/OFF of a switch element SW connected in series with the primary side coil; and operation area setting means 140 for setting an operation area of the control means based on respective voltages of the power storing means so that the switch element is kept OFF on condition that the voltage value of at least one of the power storing means is in a first range, whereas ON/OFF of the switch element is executed on condition that the voltage value is in a second range.
