<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for performing image processing that matches an argument showing the increment or decrement of black pixels or white pixels in an image in the case of performing image processing for increasing or decreasing the black pixels or white pixels in the image.SOLUTION: Counting means of an image processor counts the first number of pixels being the pixel number of black pixels or white pixels in an image, processing means performs image processing for increasing or decreasing the black pixels or the white pixels of the image on the basis of an argument, outputting means outputs an image being an image processing result by the processing means, the counting means counts the second number of pixels being the pixel number of black pixels or white pixels in the image being the image processing result by the processing means, and the outputting means outputs the image being the image processing result by the processing means in the case that a value based on the first number of pixels and the second number of pixels coincides with the argument.</p> |
