<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate and a display device capable of reducing a point defect of the display device.SOLUTION: An organic insulation film 130 is provided on a support substrate 190. A pixel electrode 120 is provided on each pixel structure on the organic insulation film 130, and connected to a switching element 110. The pixel electrode 120 has an electrode pattern P1 on which one end part E1 and the other end part E2 facing each other are provided. In the organic insulation films 130, a recess part having a side wall connecting between the one end part E1 and the other end part E2 is provided in a portion facing the electrode pattern P1.</p> |
