The present invention relates to a device to refine tin containing impurities wherein high-grade tin can effectively be obtained by refining low-grade tin. According to the present invention, the device to refine tin containing impurities comprises: a cathode copper plate (40) connected to a cathode rod member (10′), and functioning as a cathode in an electrolyzing operation; an anode basket (30) connected to an anode rod member (10″) placed on a position separated from the cathode rod member (10′), and functioning as an anode in an electrolyzing operation; a rectifier (50) to apply an electric current of an anode to the anode basket (30), and applying the electric current of a cathode to the cathode copper plate (40); an anode cloth (60) installed to envelop the anode basket (30) and recover slime, composed of a chemical-resistant synthetic fiber; and a vertical movement means to force the anode rod member (10″) to vertically move such that the anode basket (30) can vertically move while being immersed in an electrolytic solution. According to the present invention, tin can easily be recovered.
