The present invention relates to tuna sauce and a manufacturing method thereof and, particularly, to a method capable of manufacturing fish sauce with excellent flavor for maintaining unique smell and taste of tuna, by using a method for fermenting for a long period time after controlling as specific salinity and going through a mid-fermentation step in comparison with the conventional method for fermenting for a long period of time by simply mixing with salts. |
