PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack structure which is lower in manufacturing cost than prior arts.SOLUTION: In a fuel battery cell stack structure which has a fuel cell stack having plural laminated fuel battery cells, a metal tension plate 1 for maintaining the structure of the fuel cell stack, and a metal stack case 2 covering at least a part of the fuel cell stack, the stack case 2 and a metal first terminal connection member 3 are connected to one surface of the end portion in the lamination direction of the fuel battery cells in the fuel cell stack, a metal second terminal connection member 4 is connected to the other surface, each of the first terminal connection member 3 and the second terminal connection member 4 has a plate-like structure, the stack case 2 and the first terminal connection member 3 are formed of the same material, the thermal expansion coefficient of the first terminal connection member 3 is larger than that of the tension plate 1, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the tension plate 1 is larger than that of the second terminal connection member 4. |
