PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head capable of suppressing excessive deflection of a piezoelectric layer in an initial state without blocking deformation of a diaphragm, and further to provide a liquid ejection device.SOLUTION: A width of a lower electrode film 27 in a nozzle array direction is formed so as to be less than a width of a pressure chamber 22 in the same direction in a region corresponding to the pressure chamber 22. A diaphragm 21 of the region corresponding to the pressure chamber 22 includes: a region P1 where a piezoelectric layer 28 being an active portion with the lower electrode film 27 being interposed between the diaphragm 21 and the piezoelectric layer 28 is laminated; a region P2 where the piezoelectric layer 28 being a non-active portion with the electrode film 27 not interposed between the diaphragm 21 and the piezoelectric layer 28 is laminated; and a region P3 where the piezoelectric layer 28 is not laminated. When a thickness of the diaphragm 21 in the region P1 is represented by t1, a thickness of the diaphragm 21 in the region P2 is represented by t2 and a thickness of the diaphragm 21 in the region P3 is represented by t3, t1, t2 and t3 satisfy t1>t2≥t3 (1). |
