<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance suppression of resonance of a rotary shaft such as a feed screw, in an actuator which moves a moving body axially along the rotary shaft by rotation of the rotary shaft.SOLUTION: An actuator includes M (M: an integer equal to or larger than 2) supports supporting a rotary shaft and M speed reducers. An N-th (N: an integer between 2 and M) support among the M supports is positioned on the opposite side from a moving body with respect to an (N-1)-th support. A first speed reducer among the M speed reducers is connected to the moving body and a first support, and receives an axial movement of the moving body as input and also drives the first support with driving force obtained by decelerating the input, and an N-th speed reducer is connected to the (N-1)-th support and N-th support, and receives an axial movement of the (N-1)-th support as input and drives the N-th support with driving force obtained by decelerating the input.</p> |
