<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in a case where a clearance between an inner pipe and an outer pipe is filled with a heat insulation material, although high heat insulation capability and sufficient heat insulation performance are obtained, since a chimney itself becomes too much heavy, much labor is needed for handling work in installing the chimney, and further a manufacturing process is complex and troublesome and a manufacturing cost increases.SOLUTION: A heat insulation pipe has a pipe body of double structure comprising an inner pipe 11 and an outer pipe 12 separately arranged outside the inner pipe 11, and is provided with a partition wall 14 for partitioning a separation space S of the outer pipe 12 and inner pipe 11 into an inner pipe side space S1 and an outer pipe side space S2.
